The project included moving classroom contents and furniture to off-site storage and returning them post-construction, all while adhering to strict schedules and safety guidelines. We Executed the relocation process, including packing oversized items, managing off-site storage logistics, and aligning with all stakeholders to meet project deadlines efficiently. The Duration of the project was a total 16 days across two phases 8 days in June 2018 and 8 days in August 2018, synchronized with the construction schedule This project showcased MoversFor.Me’s ability to collaborate effectively with general contractors, project managers, faculty, and subcontractors to deliver a seamless experience. The renovation at East Pennsboro High School was substantial, including significant upgrades and additions that enhanced the school’s facilities and modernized its learning spaces. Despite the scale of the project, we efficiently utilized on-site storage solutions, eliminating the need for off-site storage while ensuring all items were secure and accessible.
